For the business between you and mizziTANTE.at at a distance, only the present general terms and conditions apply in the particular , at the time the contract was amended. Business at a distance, are those which are closed under exclusive use of one or more means of distance communication . Under the term distance communication is meant , e.g. the electronic mail.
Different conditions on your part does not recognize mizziTANTE.at except mizziTANTE.at has expressly agreed in writing .By placing an order the customer agrees to these terms and conditions. They form an integral part of the purchase contract .

Contract
The mizziTANTE.at Online Store has an age limit of 18 years . Orders and deliveries of those under 18 Years are not possible.
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but merely represents a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the order button, you enter a binding order for the goods in your shopping cart . The confirmation of receipt of your order immediately after sending through an automated e -mail which product , price, delivery and terms of payment includes . With this e -mail confirmation of the purchase agreement has not yet been reached . The purchase comes with delivery of the goods at the specified in the order of delivery.
Contract-, order- and business language is German/English.
The parties agree , to the extent not contrary to mandatory statutory provisions , the application of Austrian law .
The UN Sales Convention and all the provisions relating to the UN Sales Convention are expressly excluded.
If the consumer an Austrian domicile or habitual residence or is he employed in Austria , as can be justified for a lawsuit against him only the jurisdiction of the court in whose jurisdiction the place of residence , habitual residence or place of employment . We recognize the jurisdiction over consumer contracts .
The mandatory consumer protection provisions of the domicile of the consumer to the contract are applicable for any legal disputes arising from the contract .
- Rejecting Orders
mizziTANTE.at is free, online orders not to take up the time of acceptance of the purchase contract . The decision is at the discretion of mizziTANTE.at. If we will not run an online order, mizziTANTE.at shall notify the purchaser immediately .
- Right of withdrawal

In these cases there is the possibility of set-off for consumers.
- Severability
Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid or unenforceable , this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions .
